Karma and Reincarnation – Energy Patterns

karma

If one believes in reincarnation, they also accept the idea that the soul is immortal and, therefore, eternal.

When we speak about the spiritual path and development, we refer to a kind of personal growth. This involves releasing blocks and stagnations, shedding old behavioral patterns that no longer serve us, and adopting new ones that better support our ongoing evolution.

Karma

Karma is often seen as an event or consequence that stems from one of our past lives or something we create in this lifetime, and it must be balanced out at some point. Through this, we can resolve our past actions, heal our wounds, or live life at a higher level. Whether our karma is positive or negative, we may experience its effects, which can be magnified many times over, all in service of our growth.

Progress and growth in the spiritual journey also involve an elevation in vibrational frequency and quality. Those who walk this path notice not only a shift in their outlook on life but also a transformation in their energy or presence. They become calmer, more peaceful, and, as a result, others naturally enjoy their company.
If we accept the idea that our lives run parallel and that time – in this sense – has no meaning, we must also find that everything happens only once—nothing repeats. Thus, the concept of „sins from a past life” does not exist. Everything happens just once: past, present, and future!

And yet, what we do now affects all our „past” and „future” lives

Life’s progression is like a spiral. As we move forward, we rise higher on the ladder of the consciousness.

We reach a certain point, and then we leave. However, when we are reborn, we are not here to „fix” things from a previous life. While our soul remains the same, our personality – the person we are in each life – is always different. It depends on what the soul needs to grow during that particular lifetime. We start from a certain „level” or vibration of quality. This is what we carry with us. We anchor this vibration/quality, and with it, we receive tasks designed to help us rise further.

It may seem like we are dealing with „karma” or tasks from a „past life” that we need to resolve, perhaps because we did something wrong or we are receiving the consequences of our actions. However, the events in our lives actually align with our vibrational frequency, and these challenges are the best way to help us grow. If we’ve worked on ourselves a lot or are currently making efforts to improve, we will experience a higher quality of life now and in the future. This process continues until we fully awaken and are able to move forward.
