Examples of how to achieve greater freedom in life
——
We Create Our Own Reality
What we see around us on Earth—anger, fear, deception—is all part of a grand illusion, a program we humans are running. We shape our environment through our decisions. We can create a peaceful, beautiful world that is pure, quiet, and nurturing, or we can manifest its opposite. The choice is ours. The world reflects back to us what we project into it. For instance, if we show love to others, we are likely to receive love in return.
Knowledge Requires Effort
Knowledge and information bring freedom and peace. Inner peace can be achieved through knowledge, helping us avoid conflict with ourselves and others. Knowledge fosters understanding of others, allowing us to better comprehend the motives behind others’ actions. However, theoretical knowledge alone is not enough – it must be applied in practice to truly make a difference.
Through non-attachment, we allow the natural flow of events to unfold
There’s a saying: “Man proposes, God disposes.” Every ending is also a beginning of something new. We must let go of everything that no longer serves us. Even if it’s uncomfortable, we need to allow the process to happen. This can be the foundation for a freer, happier life.
Gaining experience is essential for understanding.
Knowing ourselves is crucial; without it, how could we determine what or who we truly need in our lives? How could we confidently declare that something or someone is a certain way? The moment we express our emotions, our experiences become real.
Creation Through Faith
Beliefs
When we feel uncomfortable due to an event or someone’s behavior or a situation, we often find ourselves tense, sensitive, nervous, and struggling to escape. However, this approach rarely works. Instead, when we calm down, focus inward, take a few deep breaths, and let go, we can release the unpleasant feeling. The invisible “ropes” we feel will naturally fall away on their own.
Resistance creates tension, but once we find calm, we can overcome the barriers of our beliefs—those that convince us we can’t resolve the situation.
Strength in Unity
Accepting ourselves and others, listening to the voice of our hearts, and connecting with love can lead us to a sense of belonging and the experience of unity.
